We would like to welcome you to our church in Fredericia, Denmark. This is a short introduction to the church in english. If you have questions please contact us. We are a local Apostolic Church, member of the Apostolic Church in Denmark and of the network of danish pentacostal churches. We are called Kirkeibyen (Church in the city), and are joined with Kirkeibyen in Kolding. Local pastors are Simon and Amy Tind, and Elisabeth Rostved, and senior pastor is Jesper Kure.

We are a charismatic church, that is an alternative to the state church (Folkekirken). We have the same foundational belief, but have a more free, open and modern approach to life and church. Charismatic means that we belive in and practice the gifts of the Holy Spirit. We belive in everything the Bible tells us, and belive it is the "manual" for best living.

Vision & DNA

Our vision is: to make God known. Both to people in and outside the church. Our DNA is, that: We are building Gods house, a place you can call home. Our core areas of activities, or building blocks, are worship, fellowship, discipleship and mission. The foundations is Jesus.

Services

We have a service every sunday at 10:30 am, where you are most welcome to visit us. The service last app. 1 hour 15 min. We are able to offer you translation into english via app (bring smartphone and earphones and we will guide you), and many of our songs are also sung or translated into english. The service is very happy and full of life and consists of a lot of modern music and worship, where we draw near to God and experience His presence. Also we listen to a practical biblebased message related to our daily life as christians.

For the children we have a special Childrens Church during the main service, with singing, bible stories and activities.

Every sunday there is also a tamil service at 1.30 pm.

Activities

We offer different activities such as youth and children activities, womens meetings, senior group, fellowship and teaching.

Missions

We support and participate in missions, especially Zambia (see more at www.dreamfactoryzambia.org).
